This upscale VIP event will be the kick-off party to Gainesville Modern Week 2020.  It will offer special access to an extraordinary MCM home in Gainesville, FL and is sure to please as guests enjoy touring the property while enjoying live music by the Ramblin' Mutts, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and a top shelf open bar. Due to health safety concerns and with much consideration, Kate Wagner has decided not present at Gainesville Modern Week 2020.  Kate is disappointed and has accepted our invitation for her return at a future event.  All tickets are in the process of being refunded.  Thank you for your understanding.

Mick will share the renovation of his Mid-Century Modern home as a case study for energy efficiency and sustainability.  Includes lecture and a drink.

A presentation and art show by architect and artist, Ron Haase who specializes in the area of Florida Verrnacular Architecture where Cracker meets Modern. Includes lecture and a drink. Copies of his new book, The Last House: A Love Story About Architecture and Place, will be available.

Five-plus area homes will open their doors for Gainesville Modern's signature event. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the best of Gainesville's architectural past between 1945 and 1975. A map will be posted the week before tour
